Wow so many amazing recipes to try! I think I will start with the lentil soup, yum !! and then go onto the mac and cheese, because that is my all time favourite! Thank you so much for sharing!

I cannot decide which one I want to try first! I do have to say, the Thai peanut cauliflower curry, vegan macaroni and cheese, pineapple tofu kabobs, sesame orange chickpea stir-fry, sweet potato zoodle bowls, lemongrass Thai green curry, sweet potato curry, and kung pao chickpeas are SERIOUSLY calling my name. I’ve been craving a good curry for a while now, so I might have to pick one of your curry recipes to make soon!

My mom and I made the Lentil Chickpea Burgers for dinner tonight and they were SO. GOOD. especially because I am not a fan of red meat burgers. Definitely will be making these again! (also am really excited to try more of these vegan recipients!!)

I love this list. I’m always searching to increase my protein intake and would really love a similar list showing protein per serving, perhaps in descending amounts………?? Or something like that. At the moment, I open the recipe, scroll down, check the protein, and so on.
