Hello00, homemade healthy raspberry balsamic dressing of my dreams. This easy dressing is a fun twist on a classic balsamic vinaigrette with sweet notes of raspberry flavor that you’re going to love.
A lil’ sweet, a lil’ tangy, and SO freaking good.
I love adding this dressing to salads with other berries and fruits, maybe some creamy goat cheese, and quick grilled chicken. It’s perfectly light and adds a little decadence to the flavors. You could even make a quick balsamic reduction out of it and drizzle it on basically everything.

Can you use fresh or frozen raspberries and if so, how much?
You can use fresh or thawed frozen, 6 should be sufficient and then just blend them before adding to the dressing. You can also choose to strain them with a fine mesh strainer if you don’t like raspberry seeds.
What happens if you use strawberries?
If you use strawberry jam, you’ll just get a strawberry balsamic — delicious!
I love how easy it is to make this dressing.
Can I reduce or substitute the olive oil in this recipe? Can’t wait to try it!
Thanks!
You could try using a neutral oil like grapeseed instead!
This recipi look delicious, I will try it
This is so creamy and better than any store bought balsamic. I used cherry preserves, since that’s what I had on hand and aged balsamic. Yum, yum, yum! Will definitely be making me own from now on!
Amazing! Glad you enjoyed!
This is delicious, easy and fast to make. But is lacks the twinge of raspberry i was looking for. Next time i may double the jam. Also, I left out the garlic, and didn’t miss it., although I’m sure it is good with it.
Feel free to use more jam, or a brand of jam that has a bolder raspberry flavor!
