Crispy Bacon Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Chicken Breast

STEP 1

Start by cooking your bacon, then chop it into bite-sized pieces

STEP 2

Mix the bacon with cream cheese, green onion, jalapeño and garlic powder

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all of the way through

STEP 4

Add the cream cheese mixture and cheddar cheese to each chicken breast

Add breadcrumbs to a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray and bake until golden
