Recipe was super easy to make, but its screaming for some more moisture. I added another tablespoon of Coconut oil and these went from Gobi desert to delicious. I also used a chocolate peanut buttahhhh whey powder and nixed the chocolate chips. Super tasty!

My husband always says ” if it tastes terrible, it’s healthy.”
Well, he changed his tune in a hurry. These protein bars are now a staple in his lunch everyday and I’ve written down the recipe so that, hopefully, someone else can make a batch to share. 🤷‍♀️ (I didn’t have protein powder, so I substituted with almond flour)

I just made these after eyeing them for a while! I doubled the chocolate to have a thick top layer of chocolate and used dried cranberries in place of cherries, and they are perfect! 🙂
