I have been cooking with mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, and green onions like mad! Zucchini also rocks, and we just recently bought some fresh peaches and figs from Trader Joe’s, all of which I am delighted to dig into! OMG, and zucchini pizza crust…hmmm, alllllllrighty 😉
