I always do two limes, a dollop of good honey, and way more fresh basil, adjust for taste. With more lime and honey, the fruit really macerates overnight in the fridge and leaves a beautiful syrup that you can drizzle on other things or mix with tonic water or toss in a vinaigrette.

I have no idea why pomegranate seeds are included in a summer fruit recipe; at least where I am in the northeast there are no pomegranates until fall/winter.

I am a person who loves to eat fruit. Especially peaches. It’s really sweet and its aroma makes me fall in love. This would be a great way for me to start a healthy meal with a fruit I love.
